Understanding the Overview Page
The Overview page provides a quick summary of your BNC account.
Information may include:
Loading information
Some information is loaded after the main page appears.
You may briefly see:
This does not necessarily mean the dashboard has failed.
Allow a few seconds for the dashboard to retrieve the live network information.
If information remains stuck
Try:
Stale information
After changing a network, vHost or identity setting, the Overview page may require a refresh before showing the latest live value.
Do not repeatedly submit the original change merely because the Overview card has not refreshed immediately.
If the value remains wrong, create a support thread containing the affected field, expected value and approximate time of the change.

- Account status.
- Free or Premium plan.
- Current vHost.
- Number of user-managed networks.
- Recent account or service information.
- IRC Inbox availability.

Allow a few seconds for the dashboard to retrieve the live network information.
If information remains stuck
Try:
- Refresh the dashboard once.
- Open the Networks page and confirm whether the network information loads there.
- Check that JavaScript is enabled.
- Try a private browser window.
- Check for a browser extension blocking dashboard requests.
Stale information
