This update brings significant improvements to third-party game imports, expanded custom feed support, improved thumbnail detection and greater control over imported game libraries.
What's New & Improved
Five Independent Custom Game Feeds
Custom JSON/XML feed support has been expanded from one to five independently configurable sources, allowing administrators to manage multiple custom game providers simultaneously.
Improved Thumbnail Detection
Enhanced thumbnail extraction supports nested image structures, alternative artwork fields, protocol-relative image URLs and namespaced XML data. This improves artwork compatibility across a wider range of third-party game feeds.
Expanded Provider Management
Administrators can now bulk remove games belonging to a specific provider, including built-in providers and individual custom feed sources.
Provider configurations and shared categories are preserved, allowing games to be imported again when needed.
GameDistribution Compatibility
GameDistribution launch URLs now automatically include the required referrer parameter. The upgrade also corrects existing affected game URLs.
Improved Game Library Cleanup
Removing a provider's games also cleans up their associated scores, sessions, favourites, game statistics, achievements and cached thumbnails.
General Improvements
Additional refinements to feed processing, artwork compatibility and provider management while retaining the existing Arcade gameplay and progression systems.
